Experience

Three-Time VP

I spent seven years as the marketing and communications leader for Verint’s Experience Management business unit and for ForeSee (acquired by Verint in 2018). I also played a key role on Verint’s global corporate marketing team—spearheading a pivotal repositioning during Verint’s 2021 spin-off as a pure-play customer engagement company and leading the global launch of the “Engagement Capacity Gap” campaign.

At ForeSee, I had executive oversight of brand and positioning, content strategy, product marketing, sales enablement, demand gen, events, creative, and corporate communications. I led the highly regarded ForeSee Experience Index—a quarterly benchmark of satisfaction and NPS across top brands by industry. My work fueled thought leadership and drove growth across retail, financial services, utilities, and the public sector.

I partnered closely with Sales, Product, and Services to drive business through precision-targeted marketing. I led and mentored a high-performing 20-person team that earned the company’s top employee satisfaction scores, and I advised the CEO on go-to-market strategy, messaging, and internal and executive communications.

Positioning Consultant

I was a strategist and project leader at Firebrick, the leading consultancy helping B2B tech companies grow through breakthrough positioning strategies. I advised growth-stage and enterprise clients including Cardinal Health (Fortune 21), Citrix, Infor, and VMware.

PR Agency Leader

For 17 years, I was a partner at Horn Group, where I helped grow one of the most enduring agency brands in the tech industry. I led our expansion from a classic PR shop into a pioneer of digital communications—integrating PR, social, and design. We earned Technology Agency of the Year honors and I led hundreds of tech companies and executives through messaging, launch strategy, and results-driven communications programs.

I also produced events and panels that helped shape the modern tech PR industry and mentored hundreds of employees into confident, capable communicators.
